Greg is an Antelope Valley native and understands the importance of building long term relationships which is the key to success; whether it's business or personal.

Working with the Troth family at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Troth, Realtors was an easy transition for him since he has spent most of his professional career working within his own family's businesses. Greg has been a Real Estate licensee since 1984 when he began his real estate career working with his father Ted at AVRE Land Co.

In 1992 he earned his Brokers license and was the managing broker of Antelope Valley Trust Deed Services, Inc., (AVTDS), until 2001. The corporate function of AVTDS was the processing of foreclosures, loan servicing for private beneficiary notes and trust deeds, issuance of full and partial Reconveyances and Intermediary/Accommodator for IRC 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges.

It is this past experience in other related specialties of the real estate business along with the negotiation processes throughout a transaction that provide a unique added benefit and value to his clients.
